The Jackson RR3 Guitar Designed For Textbook Heavy Metal

Sunday, August 1st, 2010

Whether you are a beginner or a old hand at playing electric guitar, you cannot go past the stylish and full sounding Jackson RR3 Guitar. Made in Japan, with many wonderful characteristics, it lends itself perfectly to the heavy metal and hard rock music industry.

The most exciting item here, is the heavy duty whammy bar, constructed to handle the heaviest of use, it will not need replacing nearly as much as other brands. This guitar also features two differing volume controls and a main toggle for tone management. This allows the player to manage their output noise, in conjunction with foot pedals, and amps.

This guitar is comfortable and easy to play. It is a good size and is quite easy to play whilst sitting down, with good access to all the frets. After first purchase there should be no need for extra tuning or further work to get this guitar working in perfect order the first time. Generally it is a pick up and play guitar.

The RR3 is easy to learn on, as it is comfortable, with the frets and strings within easy reach. A great guitar to sit down and play, without the need for too much concentration, a beginner can focus on notes and complex chords. There is no need for extra work or assembly, and does not take a long time to get into good tune. Once in tune, it will stay in tune.

Known for its thick and full sounds, the Jackson RR3 is impeccably suited for music genres such as death metal. Used in conjunction with an overdrive pedal the player can achieve an attacking rock resonance. It produces a loud and firm tone, with the notes of complex chords coming through strongly. This is important when, especially for death metal music, the distortion is turned up considerably.

With the deep, resonating, sounds that the Jackson RR3 Guitar produces, there is no doubt why it rates so highly in the rock world. Made in Japan, it can be found all over the world and available at a variety of prices, both new and second hand.

A John Mayer Stratocaster Review Can Only Reach One Evaluation

Monday, February 8th, 2010

The Fender Musical Instruments Corporation has teamed up with John Mayer, the revered Grammy Award winning musician, to release a new instrument. It is based on the classic Fender Strat style with several new features, designed by Mayer himself. To give an accurate John Mayer Stratocaster Review would mean to give this Signature Model nothing but considerable praise and admiration. There is nothing negative to say about this amazing guitar.

Mayer’s Signature Stratocaster is a fantastic blending together of traditional and modern attributes. The guitar takes articles from the 50s and 60s eras, in particular, the vintage bridge and standard Fender tremolo bar. The maple neck, fingerboard, tuning machines and the classic head stock reflect the traditional look as well.

However, the mechanics of this instrument are completely modernized. Three “Big Dipper” single coil pickups have been added which emphasize the bass and treble tonal ranges and soften the mid-range levels. This helps give the guitar the unique sound that Mayer is famous for.The depth of bass and the sharpness in the treble work great with many musical styles.

The slightly larger C-shape profile neck, with a 9.5 inch radius, is among the other features that includes a fast action satin finish back, and the artist’s signature decal is on the back of the head stock. The set here is perfect for most any guitarist. The strings are raised high enough for extreme bend moves, and are also low enough to accommodate any complicated chording. The jumbo frets give it a feel that makes it a pleasure to play. This factory set up configuration is one among the best to have come along in years.

This is a guitar that can lend itself to a variety of musical tastes. It has clean smooth tones that would work well with virtually any jazz, rock, blues or country styles. This is an axe that truly has its own sound. The JM Strat’s five switch control system definitely gives every single guitarist a lot of versatility.

Any John Mayer Stratocaster Review would be incomplete without stating that this guitar is a magnificent one that every player would love to grab onto.

When you buy a Fender Stratocaster guitar you’re getting the best on the market. But without the right ways of how to tune your guitar it will never sound right. Find out how to do that today.
